Crystal first started to exercise regularly in 2015 when she was still working a corporate job. As she became more health conscious, she started to explore different form of physical exercise. She was amazed by the result of Pilates when she practiced on a daily basis. Pilates complemented her weakness which developed over the years in her yoga practice. She appreciated the systematic and scientific approach that Pilates adopts to improve students’ posture, flexibility and stability simultaneously. She is excited to share her passion and knowledge with every student in her class. Crystal has been learning continuously to improve her teaching, she is also a yoga instructor and a personal trainer.

: good rehabilitation involves the healing process of all body, mind and spirit hence a holistic care of a patient is the key
: a good recovery should get beyond simply fixing one’s injured body part but instead, acquiring a relearning of movements of the whole body in order to allow one to reach his/hers maximum potential of physical fitness, and therefore future injuries can be prevented - as we achieve a good grounding in the phrase of pre-habilitation.
